Meet Annette.
Reverend Annette H. Cutino is a dynamic leadership coach, and loves developing leaders one-on-one, as well as facilitating workshops with leadership teams. She is not only a certified Christian counselor, but is also certified in several emotional intelligence instruments and assessments. A devoted woman of faith, Reverend Annette serves as an Elder and Associate Pastor at Harvest Fields Community Church. She is a gifted preacher and communicator; invited to speak at various gatherings and services, including Movement Day NYC, New York School of the Bible, women’s conferences, and local churches.
Annette is passionate about encouraging individuals to develop to their fullest potential. She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Avail NYC, a safe place to make confident decisions when facing unexpected pregnancy. Before joining Avail NYC, Annette served as the Director of Advance at LEAD.NYC and the Senior Director of Team Development at Movement.Org. Her work with Advance Leadership Intensive (ALI) - an organizational leadership development program for ministry and nonprofit leaders - has impacted the lives and leadership of over 500 program alumni.
Prior to her work training and coaching leaders, Annette was a leader herself, heading up a twenty-seven person IT management team for New York University, maintaining 24/7, 365 days a year, uptime and troubleshooting capabilities.
Annette received her Bachelor of Biblical Studies from AMES Christian University, and currently resides in the Bronx, NY. Proud mother of two daughters and one son, she loves New York City and is a die-hard Yankees fan.
